Signing in

The app signs in with an App Store Connect API key. Create one under Users and Access, Integrations, in App Store Connect, with the Developer role or higher, and enter the issuer ID, key ID and the key file. The key is kept on your device and shared only through your own account.

A build is not showing

Pull to refresh on the Activity view. Xcode Cloud reports a new build a few seconds after it starts.

Notifications

Build notifications are opt-in per product in Settings. If they stop arriving, check that notifications are allowed for the app in the system settings.
